These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the mobile car detailing services provided by Bville Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") and to your use of our website. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide mobile car detailing at a location you provide within our Northwest Arkansas service area. Listed prices are starting rates by vehicle size. Your final price depends on your vehicle's size, condition, and the services selected, and is confirmed when you book.
Booking, access & requirements
- You must provide a safe, legal, and accessible place for us to park and work on your vehicle.
- We rely on access to on-site water and power. If on-site conditions prevent safe service (for example, no available water or power, severe weather, or no safe parking), we may need to reschedule.
- Please remove personal valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for personal items left inside.
Pricing & payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, biohazards, or other conditions requiring extra time or materials may incur additional charges, which we will communicate before proceeding.
- We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & no-shows
A valid card is required to book. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
For cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and for no-shows — including when we arrive and cannot access your vehicle or safely perform the service — a $50 fee is charged to your card on file. To cancel or reschedule, call or text (479) 310-0198.
Bundles & plans
Prepaid wash bundles are paid in full at the time of purchase. Bundle washes do not expire and may be redeemed on future appointments; purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Recurring plans simply set a standing appointment cadence at a per-visit discount — you pay for each visit as it happens, with no automatic or recurring billing, and you may change or cancel your plan at any time.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with a service, tell us before we leave and we will do our best to correct it on the spot.
Vehicle condition & limitation of liability
We take care with every vehicle. However, detailing can reveal pre-existing damage (such as scratches, swirl marks, chips, worn clear coat, or stains) that was hidden by dirt. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage that results from defects in the vehicle's surfaces or materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in unsafe conditions or where a vehicle's condition is beyond the scope of the booked service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
